  • Newly developed print heads and MIMAKI’s proprietary head control technology allow for stunning banding free prints.
  • Power saving, long-life LED-UV lamps and LUS-150 semi flexible bottle-fed ink are eco-friendly and suitable for all types of material.

What’s so special about white ink?

Having the option of using white ink means that we can print on surfaces like glass, acrylic,
and aluminum and apply white as an undercoat, overcoat or spot color. The white ink option allows artists
to be more creative about what they want to print on as well. Imagine how you might want to apply
white ink just to a certain area, and how that would make colors appear more vibrant and bold while
adding another level of depth to your print. As Nick Carranza says in his article about using white ink,
“[t]he days of flipping through swatch books, only to stop as the swatches got darker are now over.
Designers can finally take advantage of countless creative possibilities.” So what do you want to print
on?
